Staal notches hat trick as Hurricanes snap out of 4-game slump

All-Star Eric Staal scored three goals, one on a penalty shot, and the Carolina Hurricanes routed the Edmonton Oilers 7-2 on Friday night to snap their season-worst four-game losing streak.
